INSHA'ALLAH AND JAMAL IN TAIF

camel

This is the first camel I ever rode in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. I was visiting the city of Taif. The young man, Jamal, had a very difficult time getting the camel down for me to get on, and up again for the ride, and back down again for me to get off. Each time I asked him a question about the camel's desire to cooperate, he would say something like " He will, Insha'allah." Insha'allah is Arabic for "God willing." I therefore decided to call the camel from Taif "God Willing", or "Insha allah".
